The well-known Mexican chef Gabriela Cámara owns the Contramar restaurant in Mexico City. The team of workers at this restaurant see themselves as part of a family. The gastronomic businesswoman has also opened Cala, a seafood restaurant in San Francisco, with a similar menu and a very hospitable culinary culture. Gabriela hires workers from different backgrounds and cultures, including ex-convicts, who see work as an opportunity to grow as individuals. Thus, we will get to know the life behind the stove of two restaurants in two different countries, but with a single vision.
