Pasitos a la Fama follows five Mexican children (along with their families) who are chasing stardom in their respective towns that will hopefully lead them to the bright lights of Mexico City where superstars are made. Carrera presents the unvarnished and raw truth of the pursuit of fame and fortune through a child's eyes as we witness the sacrifices, highs, lows, and dead-ends of their perilous journey.
