This is a custom made lens, manufactured exclusively as a one-of-a-kind item.

Upon contacting Angenieux, they informed me that it is a "Tele" adaptation of the model 25-250 T2, produced in the 70s. They further suggest that this type of Zoom Modification was probably ordered by Sven Nykvist in the 1980s.
